About COLBAC

A non profit making exclusion and crime prevention scheme for retailers and local businesses working in partnership with Colchester Police, CCTV and member businesses.

Mission Statement

To provide a sustainable reduction in crime and anti-social behaviour against businesses within the borough of Colchester and deliver an effective exclusion scheme for those who offend against members of the COLBAC partnership
